Who is responsible

What data we receive

• The details you choose to send us when you message us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, or when you use the form on this website: your name, business name, phone number and the content of your message.
• The form and the quote tool on this website don't store anything on our servers: they only prepare a message that opens in your WhatsApp or email app, so you decide whether to send it. Your phone's country code is used to prepare your estimate.

What we use it for

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To build and support the project you hire us for.
• We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and we don't use it to send you advertising you didn't ask for.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores what it needs to work in your browser. The typeface is hosted on this website itself: it isn't loaded from external services.

If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will update this policy and let you know.

Website assistant (AI chat)

The assistant on this website answers using artificial intelligence. What you type in the chat is sent, through an intermediate server on Cloudflare, to Google's AI service (Gemini API), which generates the reply. On that service's free plan, Google may use the messages to improve its products, under its own privacy policy. That's why we ask you not to share sensitive personal data in the chat.

We don't store the content of conversations. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a per-visitor message count using an encrypted (hashed) IP address, which is deleted every day. The conversation is kept only in your browser while the tab is open.

Third-party services

When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email, your messages are also subject to those platforms' privacy policies (Meta and Google).

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to studioskysa@gmail.com. We'll reply as soon as possible.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
